HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 15 days after the original shipping date. Items returned must be unused and in perfect condition.
The items are your responsibility, until the moment we receive them back at the store. We can’t refund damaged or used products.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately we can not compensate your delivery costs.
Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at email@example.com, stating your order number and the nature of the fault. After you've received confirmation, please send the item back. When the item is faulty or damaged return postage is free.
